Metin Turan

For Prof. Turan, agriculture is not just a profession; it’s a way of life. He has dedicated his life finding solutions for agricultural problems and developing innovative products. Before incorporating Kiana, he has completed many agricultural research and industry projects successfully, published more than 200 scientific articles, was an R&D advisor to many agricultural companies, developed 32 commercial products (chemical, organomineral and microbial fertilizers) and co-founded 2 companies, namely Sölomcan and MOYAgro. After 30+ years of extensive research and field experience in agricultural sector, he has developed Kiana Products to solve soil degradation problems, pollution problems and problems that come with climate crisis in agriculture.
